We are currently seeking a highly driven Senior Salesforce Business Analyst responsible for building Salesforce solutions that address our complex business scenarios.
The day to day :
As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with internal business units and technology teams to automate and improve business processes by delivering solutions in Salesforce and other applications within the CRM ecosystem. The role focuses on maintaining and extending the company's Salesforce CRM system. You will interface with business stakeholders to capture their vision related to their processes and translate that into tangible Salesforce solutions, working closely with engineering teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, research end-user needs, manage change requests, and translate these into functional requirements.
- Explain complex systems and technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences using oral, written, and visual presentations.
- Create user stories and process flows to support Salesforce solution design and development.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to define, prioritize, and deliver tasks and features.
- Ensure new features are implemented according to specifications by collaborating with development and QA teams.
- Coordinate testing activities, review test scenarios, and conduct UAT sessions with stakeholders.
- Manage and communicate the status of deliverables, issues, and risks across multiple work streams.
- Contribute to training resources for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate key product features and values to clients and end users.
- Assist in prioritizing helpdesk tickets related to product issues.
What you will bring to the role :
- Experience with Salesforce CRM as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
- Proven ability to interpret business requirements into application and IT solutions.
- Experience supporting a large, diverse, and high-quality user base.
Any of the below is an added bonus :
- Experience in software development lifecycle, project management, UI design, etc.
- Experience with SFDC Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, SFDC Communities.
- Strong facilitation and documentation skills.
- Experience with application integration, workflows, and use case development.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to articulate requirements to IT peers effectively.
- Ability to manage conflicting objectives and adapt priorities quickly.
- Experience engaging with all levels of business and IT management, building credibility and consensus.
- Customer service skills for maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- Strong adaptability to learn new technologies.
- Desirable skills include business process engineering, change management, cost-benefit analysis, data modeling, normalization, and SQL queries.
