A property management company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its communities in New Brunswick, Canada. This role requires overseeing maintenance teams, ensuring work completion, and possessing HVAC and EPA certifications. Envolve Community Management LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.
We are searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at two apartment communities in Shreveport, LA. One property has 100 units and the other 84 units. Both are challenging properties that require a strong leader to guide a maintenance team and ensure work is completed timely and accurately. The Supervisor must be HVAC & EPA Certified and have extensive experience in multifamily properties covering HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, HUD/Tax Credit inspections, and carpentry.
The Maintenance Supervisor will direct staff members, delegate assignments to ensure timely completion of work orders, review and order parts or schedule services needed, and perform tasks such as wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets, and closets. The position requires a working supervisor and performing additional duties as assigned.
EPA Certification (preferred).
