Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Team Leadership

  • Lead field operations every Thursday to Saturday evening (5 PM to 11 PM), ensuring high-quality consumer engagement experiences.
  • Supervise and support a cluster of four Promoters, often spread across multiple venues in the King West area (Downtown Toronto).
  • Maintain a strong presence in the field, offering real-time support and problem-solving across multiple activation points.
  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and venue partners to ensure seamless deployment and optimize consumer funnel performance.

Coaching & Performance Oversight

  • Coach and mentor Promoters in delivering personalized, compliant consumer interactions and high-conversion engagement strategies.
  • Drive KPI performance with a focus on lead generation, conversion metrics, and program success indicators.
  • Cultivate a performance-based culture grounded in transparency, accountability, and team support.
