Job description

Envolve Community Management LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

We are searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at two apartment communities in Shreveport, LA. One property has 100 units and the other 84 units. Both are challenging properties that require a strong leader to guide a maintenance team and ensure work is completed timely and accurately. The Supervisor must be HVAC & EPA Certified and have extensive experience in multifamily properties covering HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, HUD/Tax Credit inspections, and carpentry.

Duties

The Maintenance Supervisor will direct staff members, delegate assignments to ensure timely completion of work orders, review and order parts or schedule services needed, and perform tasks such as wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets, and closets. The position requires a working supervisor and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections preferred.
  • At least 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
  • HVAC & EPA licensed.
  • Available to work overtime.
  • Must have own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
  • Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
  • Must be able to accommodate emergency on‑call schedule if requested.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Background screening and drug test required.
