- Post-Secondary undergraduate degree in related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics in an operational environment requiring the capability to analyze, model and interpret data to develop recommendations
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to present to both senior leaders and front-line employees
- Strong sense of curiosity and problem-solving skills
- SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
- Understanding of system architecture and data flows
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as MercuryGate, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools to provide real-time insights into system and business performance.
- Leverage CoPilot AI and RPA to automate workflows, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Architects and Engineers to optimise data architecture for scalability and business needs.
- Support system upgrades and implementations through rigorous data validation and impact analysis.
- Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Translate business requirements into system specifications and analytical models that enable actionable insights.
- Champion user adoption by training end-users on business systems and upcoming capabilities.
