• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with nutritional needs, including meal preparation and feeding.
• Monitor the client's health conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with mobility and exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare staff to develop individual care plans.

• Experience in Dementia Care
• Must have a valid certification as a Personal Support Worker.
• Must have a Clear Vulnerable Sector Check report.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role is an asset but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate and patient demeanour.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Good to have a Valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle is an asset.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
