Faris Team is seeking a strong team player to produce photos and videos for our listings with the added benefit of capturing twilight images when required. The successful candidate will manage a high volume of tasks while remaining organized in a fast-paced environment, have a strong photography and videography background, and have a reliable vehicle with the ability to travel across Simcoe County and the surrounding area.

Our Visual Team members are foundational to how Faris Team functions as the #1 Real Estate Team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding team with a vision to transform the Real Estate industry and to provide the Best Real Estate Experience. We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed.

This is a part-time position, with up to 30 hrs/week during spring and summer, and fewer as the market dictates in the fall/winter.**Location may vary between Barrie and surrounding area with listings in Alliston, Barrie, Collingwood, Innisfil, Midland, Newmarket, Orillia, Vaughan, Toronto, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography and videography, including aerial and twilight shots
• Ensure that all photos and videos are delivered with high quality, on time
• 3D virtual tour capture
  
• Represent the Faris Team brand through professionalism and while interacting with clients and team members creating an exceptional experience.

Qualifications:

• Photography - minimum 1 year, real estate experience preferred
• Videography - minimum 1 year, real estate experience preferred
• Drone License (considered a strong asset)
• Driver's license and ability to travel
• Experience in providing exceptional client service
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
