Job summary
A local football organization is seeking a Volunteer Vice President of Football Operations to oversee the operational needs of their football program. Responsibilities include chairing committees, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with club values. Ideal candidates will have a strong football background and excellent communication skills. This is a non-paid volunteer position with a commitment through January 2027.

- Business and operations management experience.

- Chair the Coaches Selection/Search Committee.
- Assist with league matters and act as a key liaison.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and field maintenance.
- Coordinate scheduling for practices, games, and events.

The Brantford Bisons are seeking a football-focused professional to join our Board of Directors as the Volunteer Vice President of Football Operations. This role works closely with the President, Executive Team, and Board to oversee the operational needs of our football program and implement the club’s objectives.
- Chair the Coaches Selection/Search Committee
- Assist with league matters and act as a key liaison
- Manage budgets, vendors, and field maintenance
- Coordinate scheduling for practices, games, and events
- Develop and implement policies that support club operations
- Ensure coaching philosophies align with club standards and values
- Participate in committees and provide leadership at events
- Strong football background and understanding of coaching requirements
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and organizational skills
- Business and operations management experience
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an executive team
- Commitment to the values of community, sportsmanship, and development
- This is a volunteer board position (non-paid)
- Term: 2 years (Now – January 2027)
- Involvement includes board meetings, committee participation, and attendance at key events
