About the Role

The Brantford Bisons are seeking a football-focused professional to join our Board of Directors as the Volunteer Vice President of Football Operations. This role works closely with the President, Executive Team, and Board to oversee the operational needs of our football program and implement the club’s objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Chair the Coaches Selection/Search Committee
  • Assist with league matters and act as a key liaison
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and field maintenance
  • Coordinate scheduling for practices, games, and events
  • Develop and implement policies that support club operations
  • Ensure coaching philosophies align with club standards and values
  • Participate in committees and provide leadership at events
Qualifications
  • Strong football background and understanding of coaching requirements
  • Excellent communication, conflict management, and organizational skills

Volunteer Commitment
