A leading retail corporation in Granby is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service and support salesfloor operations. Responsibilities include communicating with management, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring safety standards. Candidates must be at least 16 years old. This role offers a starting pay rate of $18.25, which may vary based on experience.

Responsabilidades
- Provide exceptional customer service on the salesfloor.
- Discuss daily store changes with management.
- Inform customers of changes and address inquiries.
- Make public announcements.
- Convey customer feedback to management.
- Report safety concerns.
To provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations in order to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.
- Meet with Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager / ASM to discuss daily store changes.
- Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week.
- Walk the impacted areas and approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met.
- Complete PA Announcement for customers.
- Communicate customer's questions, suggestions and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager/ASM.
- Communicates any safety concerns to Management after correcting the hazard.
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.25. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
