Responsibilities
  • Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Maintain investment schedules, supporting documentation, and financial records for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Assist with financial reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and audit / tax preparation.
  • Support system upgrades and maintain organized digital documentation.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance requests.
  • Manage cloud‑based filing systems and ensure consistent documentation.
  • Provide administrative support, forms, and assistance with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration.
