Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on development experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS cloud services, Java technologies, Spring Boot, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. This role is critical in designing and building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications, focusing on event-driven architecture, and database optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10 years of hands-on experience in Java including backend development and enterprise application design.

• Strong experience in developing microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

• Good knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation) and experience in cloud-native application development.

• Solid experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing Kafka-based messaging systems.

• Advanced expertise in Oracle/PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

• Sound understanding of best practices, including source control (GIT), code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities; proven collaborator in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of additional messaging systems or database technologies.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
