Job summary
A leading mortgage finance company in Canada is seeking a Bilingual Inbound Customer Service - Early Collections representative. You will resolve mortgage arrears through inbound calls and emails while building strong relationships with homeowners. Candidates must be bilingual in French and English and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent full-time position based in Toronto, with a competitive salary of $49,750.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French and English) is required.
- Collections experience in a mortgage servicing industry preferred.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Resolve delinquent accounts through collections.
- Evaluate accounts and negotiate remedies for mortgage arrears.
- Maintain accurate records and update homeowners.
