Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Location: Central London

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
• Fully uncapped commission scheme
• Basic salary of £22,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)

• Engaging with people from all walks of life, establishing needs and wants effectively across email, phone, face-to-face, and social videos
• Multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities efficiently
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to maximize opportunities and ensure high customer service
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify referral opportunities
• Taking accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships
• Appearing confident and engaging on camera to maximize reach

• Generating and maintaining your own client relationships and business, maximizing in-branch opportunities
• Following up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team
• Generating your own leads and business
• Collaborating with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance teams, and Divisional Sales Director for efficient client processes
• Providing exceptional client care from start to finish, exceeding customer service expectations

• Full-time, office-based role
• Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00
• Day off in lieu when working Saturdays

It is essential that you currently hold a CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent. Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is required.

Interview process may include video software; to proceed, you must:

• Have legal entitlement to work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• Provide evidence of your right to work (e.g., Passport/Birth Certificate)

Additional documentation needed includes:

• Proof of Address
• National Insurance number
• Full UK Driving Licence
