A healthcare organization in Ontario is seeking an Attending Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and lead in patient centered initiatives. The ideal candidate will have current registration as a Registered Nurse in the Extended Class and experience in mental health. Competitive compensation and relocation bonuses are available.

Additional CCPN Northern Incentives:
A northern Top-Up grant of $10,000, paid in $5,000 instalments after four (4) and eight (8) months of employment with an eligible employer.
A Northern Relocation Grant of $10,000, paid in $5,000 instalments upon confirmation that an eligible nurse has started employment and after four (4) months employment with an eligible employer.
The Attending Nurse Practitioner (Attending NP) reports directly to the Patient Care Manager and is also accountable to the Medical Director for meeting Meno Ya Win Hospital policies, procedures, and protocols for medical services. The Attending NP works within the framework of nursing outlined by the College of Nurses of Ontario. The Attending NP collaborates with patients, families, and the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans; provides leadership and mentorship to enhance staff knowledge, assessment skills, and care delivery; and leads research, education, and evidence-based initiatives to improve patient and system outcomes.
The salary range for this position will be in line with the OHA compensation structure.
