Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Sales Closing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful sales by leveraging strong communication skills, persuasive techniques, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with qualified prospects via phone calls, video meetings, or chat to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.

  • Build trust and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to close deals effectively.

  • Follow up on leads provided by the marketing and pre-sales teams to ensure timely conversions.

  • Manage the entire closing process, from initial conversation to contract signing.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer objections.

  • Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitive offerings to deliver value-driven pitches.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in consultative selling or high-ticket sales closing.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections effectively.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
