Job summary

A dynamic technology company based in Montreal is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal advice on employment and litigation matters. You will assist with global litigation, manage intellectual property, and contribute to the Company’s privacy program. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in legal practice, preferably supporting a SaaS technology firm. This is an exciting opportunity in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Canada and/or the United States.
  • 3-5+ years of legal practice, preferably in a SaaS technology company.
  • Fluency in French is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with management of global litigation and provide strategic counsel.
  • Manage the Company's intellectual property portfolio.
