A tech company focused on marketing solutions is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts for the Flockler product. You will manage a small team, oversee all aspects of HubSpot, and drive campaigns and event strategies. Ideal candidates will have extensive marketing experience, agency management skills, and a solid grasp of marketing automation tools. A competitive salary range of $41,600 - $85,000 is offered.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience managing and developing marketing team members.
• Proven track record managing multiple external agencies and vendors.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• 5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles.
• Experience planning and executing events with measurable pipeline impact.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow (or similar CMS).
• Comfortable using data to measure performance and identify opportunities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience launching products or features and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience developing outbound marketing campaigns.
