• Create Revit drawings from mark‑ups or based on instructions from team members.
• Work as part of a collaborative team developing three‑dimensional BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP models.
• Assist in creating new Revit families and content where required and modify existing content.
• Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines.
• Prepare reference models.
• Organize and print drawing sets as requested in a timely manner.
• Review drawings for quality control.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Technical Training in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Building design.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM360 is a strong asset.
• Experience with reading and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Architectural drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
