A luxury hotel management company is seeking a Corporate Guest Recognition Specialist to manage guest profiles and enhance their experience. This fully remote full-time role requires strong customer service skills and a proactive nature. Ideal candidates will have hotel front office experience and proficiency in reservation software. Competenze
- Minimum High School Diploma, Post-Secondary Diploma preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience utilizing guest reservations and operations software.
- Hotel reservations and front office experience needed.
