Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. In this commission-only, contract-based role, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth by managing customer communication, sales activities, and client relationships. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in an independent, results-oriented environment and has a strong passion for digital solutions. Please note that the role may require travel to meet with prospective clients, so having access to a vehicle is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead communication with prospective clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Provide training and support to clients on our digital solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and grow business relationships.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales and sales management experience, ideally in the digital solutions or technology industry.
• Training experience and ability to effectively convey technical solutions to clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your own schedule and tasks.
• Access to a vehicle for in-person client meetings and sales opportunities.

Compensation :

This is a commission-only contract position with no base salary. The more you sell, the more you earn—earning potential is directly tied to your performance.
