Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the AgencyAnalytics team.

AgencyAnalytics enables digital marketing agencies by streamlining client reporting and helping them scale through data and automation. We are a fast-paced, collaborative team transforming how agencies run and grow their businesses.

In this role, you will work across our product portfolio, taking a critical lens to our user journey, adoption, and retention. While this is a generalist PM role, you will place particular emphasis on improving customer activation, adoption, and long-term growth within the product.

You will partner closely with design, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams to ship improvements that enhance the customer experience and support company goals. You will also contribute to monetization-related initiatives such as pricing flows, upgrades, and billing UX where they intersect with the product experience.

This is a high-impact role with ownership, autonomy, and visibility, ideal for a PM who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
  • Own and evolve product areas that deliver value to customers and support business objectives.
  • Drive improvements across the customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities through customer research, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
  • Define problems, set goals, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, support, finance, and RevOps to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
  • Use experimentation and metrics to validate ideas and measure outcomes.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and learnings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Advocate for strong product thinking and customer‑centric decision making across the company.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience owning product initiatives end‑to‑end, from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Comfort working with data to inform decisions, track outcomes, and learn from results.
  • Experience leading growth‑related initiatives such as onboarding, activation, or expansion.
  • A balance of intuitive design sensibility and data‑driven decision making
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation
  • Strong user‑centric mindset, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to empathize with users
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and levels.
  • Familiarity with MarTech or agency workflows is a bonus.
Compensation

Our base salary for this role ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 CAD. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
