The Elite Job is seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Virtual Banking Support Associate to join our dynamic remote team supporting a leading Canadian bank. As a key point of contact, you will assist customers with a variety of banking inquiries, providing world-class service from the comfort of your home. • Serve as the first point of contact for banking clients via phone, chat, or email

• Provide support for account inquiries, transaction issues, online banking assistance, and general financial service questions

• Troubleshoot technical or transactional problems and escalate as necessary

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools

• Comply with bank policies, privacy regulations, and compliance standards

• Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to service procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a strong asset)

• Excellent communication skills in English (French is an added advantage)

• Proficiency in using digital platforms, browsers, and common office software

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

• Strong customer service orientation with empathy and patience

• Comfortable navigating multiple screens and systems simultaneously

• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or contact center environment

• Previous experience in banking, finance, or a regulated industry is highly desirable

• Remote work experience is considered a plus

• Full-time position (up to 40 hours/week)
