Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for banking clients via phone, chat, or email

  • Provide support for account inquiries, transaction issues, online banking assistance, and general financial service questions

  • Troubleshoot technical or transactional problems and escalate as necessary

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools

  • Comply with bank policies, privacy regulations, and compliance standards

  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to service procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a strong asset)

  • Excellent communication skills in English (French is an added advantage)

  • Proficiency in using digital platforms, browsers, and common office software

Experience
