Key Responsibilities :

• Operate independently in a fully remote environment
• Generate leads through strategic online advertising (training & templates provided)
• Conduct short interviews with prospective clients via phone or Zoom
• Provide support and mentorship to new community members and team partners
• Attend weekly professional development and training sessions via Zoom

Qualifications :

• Experience with digital marketing (social media ads paid traffic content marketing or lead generation)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own time
• Interest in personal development leadership or human potential
• Minimum 510 years of overall work experience
• Proficient with basic tech tools (e.g. email platforms social media Zoom)
