Responsibilities

• Oversee the client strategy to ensure campaigns achieve performance objectives.
• Develop high performing Pods by mentoring a team of 8-12+ marketers.
• Coordinate with managers to manage and optimize large-scale budgets.
• Plan key goals and initiatives for the department.
• Manage OKR and KPI for high functioning Pods.
