- Perform data analysis and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
- Document reporting logic, testing results, and key assumptions for audit support and internal QA
- 3–5 years of experience in financial modeling, reporting, or compensation accounting
- CPA and strong understanding of core accounting principles with working knowledge of ASC 606
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and report building
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of ownership
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- MBA or equivalent accounting/finance education
- Experience with ICM/SPM platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, or other financial systems
- Exposure to SQL or scripting for data validation and analysis
- Consulting or SaaS implementation experience
