GTM Automation Engineer: Clay & RevOps Pro
Job summary
A fast-growing capital partner in Canada is seeking a GTM Engineer to own and evolve the technical aspects of their go-to-market strategy. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain workflows and integrations, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years of experience in a relevant technical role and strong skills in data workflows and APIs. This position offers a chance to significantly impact pipeline generation and revenue.

- 3–6+ years in a technical GTM, RevOps, growth engineering, sales engineering, or data engineering role.
- Strong experience with data workflows and APIs (REST, webhooks).
- Hands-on experience with Clay or similar no/low-code data tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Clay-based GTM workflows.
- Integrate Clay with the broader GTM stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
