Employer Industry: Automotive Customer Service

• Provide inbound and outbound customer sales support using a call flow guide
• Close sales and utilize B2B and B2C skills for negotiation and presentation
• Build client relationships and drive sales through product knowledge
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience
• 2 years of account management experience
• 6 months experience utilizing a CRM (SalesForce preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• High school diploma or GED and a quiet, distraction-free work environment

• Experience with fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Availability for travel as necessary for meetings and customer visits/events
