What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting
- Position and sell a portfolio of solutions, including Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, and SaaS Safety Management Tools
- Develop a prospecting call strategy to uncover new business opportunities
- Work with a dedicated list of accounts, both active and non-active, to drive new sales and revenue
- Maintain a distraction-free, private work environment while adhering to a structured work routine
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a phone-based or B2B sales environment
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, confident in presenting solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and a strong aptitude for learning new systems
- Driven to seek out and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach
