Oversee the delivery of large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and strategic business goals

Monitor compliance of program activities and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Proactively manage risks and issues across interdependent programs, developing mitigation strategies as needed
Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse program stakeholders, including vendors and executive management
Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and minimum twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a directly related field, including minimum seven (7) years of program management experience OR minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a directly related field including minimum seven (7) years of program management experience
Strong knowledge of Change Management, Negotiation, Applied Data Analysis, and Financial Acumen
Proven ability in Project Management and Risk Assessment
Capability in managing diverse relationships and conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare-related program management
Familiarity with project management tools and quality assurance processes
Skills in strategic program management and business relationship management
Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor team members
