What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Handle moderately complex PIP and Medical Pay claims to conclusion
  • Investigate, evaluate, and settle medical expense claims

  • Assist with FNOL calls and provide Claims Advisory Support as needed
  • Present coverage issues to the committee

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of claims experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Required to obtain and maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days
  • Strong computer navigation skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Prior experience handling PIP claims and first-party medical coverage
  • Knowledge of collision, loss-of-use, and third-party property damage
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. in your time zone
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Active participation in company culture initiatives
