What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales
- Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategies with a virtual team
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning ServiceNow solutions with their IT needs
- Identify and engage the right support resources for deals at critical stages
- Execute account and territory planning to drive new business sales revenue
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in PA, MI, IN, or OH
- 7+ years of sales experience in a software or solutions sales organization
- Proven experience in establishing trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ability to negotiate deals and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Experience achieving sales targets and promoting a customer success focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling into Enterprise Manufacturing accounts is a strong plus
- Familiarity with integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
