- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Business Technology Management, or Management Information Systems preferred
- Problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to make independent decisions quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with both business and IT groups
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within deadlines
- Experience within the Utility Industry
- Familiarity with relational databases, BI Platforms (Business Objects, COGNOS, TM1, etc.), OLAP, and Data Warehousing
- Experience working in MS SQL and Oracle, including SQL knowledge
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to work at all levels of a client organization
