A leading climate tech firm in Canada is seeking a Head of Growth to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This hybrid role involves managing commercial growth and securing B2B agreements while building relationships with partners. Candidates must have significant experience in high-growth roles, a track record of closing substantial deals, and a passion for climate action. We invest in projects that result in carbon credits being created, such as planting a forest or building a machine that sucks CO2 from the air. By selling these credits on to individuals or businesses, we are able to generate revenue that lets us make more investments in projects that reduce or remove CO2, and we continue the cycle!
We work virtually with a preference for candidates based in or near Vancouver, Ottawa or Toronto, Canada. Our team meetings are held within EST working hours.

We are looking for a Head of Growth to serve as the strategic right hand to the CEO on all revenue and expansion-related activities.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a hybrid commercial leadership position requiring agility: one day you will be closing a major enterprise carbon off-take agreement, the next you will be managing critical relationships with our project development partners, and the next you will be pitching Invert’s vision to institutional investors to secure our next round of funding.
