How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with HVAC, lighting, building automation, EV infrastructure, or agricultural energy systems
  • Industry certifications such as PMP, CEM, BPI, LEED‑AP, or Six Sigma
  • Strong client‑facing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices and energy codes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
