- 3–5+ years of coordination/administration experience within hospitality or remote camps.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules, rooming lists, and check-in/out processes.
- Prepare and reconcile flight manifests; communicate crew changes and delays.
- Manage front-office administration, including reception and site communications.
