Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily schedules, rooming lists, and check-in/out processes while updating rosters in real-time
  • Prepare and reconcile flight manifests; communicate crew changes and delays to site leaders
  • Manage front-office administration, including reception, visitor sign-in, and site communications
  • Maintain document control for compliance and ensure version control of all operational documents
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping by collecting and verifying timesheets and allowances
Qualifications (What is Required)
  • College diploma in hospitality/operations or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
  • 3–5+ years of coordination/administration experience within hospitality or remote camps
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • WHMIS and Food Safety certifications
  • First Aid certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools
  • Strong client service focus with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in diverse team environments
