What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Become the resident expert on employer services, selling hosted VoIP platforms, call management services, and IP hardware
- Close complex deals involving multiple executive-level stakeholders in Canada
- Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, sales methodologies, and processes
- Manage pipeline and sales activity while accurately forecasting sales
- Demonstrate experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating value-based agreements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years in technology solution-based selling (SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, and VoIP)
- Proven sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas
- Strong presentation skills and experience conducting online web demos
- Experience in prospecting and acquiring mid-market and enterprise-level customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com

- Bilingual preferred
- BS degree; continued training and education preferred
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
