Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of coordination/administration experience within hospitality or remote camps.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily schedules, rooming lists, and check-in/out processes.
  • Prepare and reconcile flight manifests; communicate crew changes and delays.
  • Manage front-office administration, including reception and site communications.
