Job summary
A seasonal retail company is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in store setup, merchandising, and customer service in Kelowna. The ideal candidate will engage with guests, support sales efforts, and maintain store standards. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and capable of lifting 50 pounds. This role operates within a consignment framework, with employment terms dictated by the independent owner/operator.

- Support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown.

Skills

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
The store is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. Spirit Halloween is not the employer; the independent owner / operator is. The consignment operator will determine your employment benefits and wages, and you will follow their employment and operating policies and procedures.
