A leading telecommunications company in Kelowna is seeking a Superintendent to oversee outside plant and inside build projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that operations are completed on time, managing subcontractors and maintaining quality protocols. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of telecommunications experience and strong interpersonal skills. Compensation ranges from $73,600 to $101,200 annually with benefits.
You are a superintendent with a diverse background and experience supporting Outside Plant and Inside Build constructions projects as well as working with fiber optics. You are responsible for day-to-day field operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. As the Superintendent, you will also be implementing project plans and schedules. Throughout the project, you will be responsible for overseeing safety, quality, and production of contractors, and trades people.

$73,600 - $101,200 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
