What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via inbound and outbound calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Maintain accurate records by tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
- Assist customers by answering questions about products and services
- Continuously develop knowledge of client products, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using and explaining technology to customers
- Must reside in Canada with a valid Canadian address for residence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing schedules
