What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the friendly voice of the client, providing world-class customer service and technical support

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Document and track customer interactions in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to deliver expert customer experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong focus on building customer relationships and explaining technology
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
- Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking and strong problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Availability to work during the hours of operation: 8am-11:30pm EST Monday-Sunday
