A leading health and well-being provider in Canada is seeking an expert Counsellor to join their Critical Incident Support team. In this role, you will provide on-site counselling during traumatic events and help restore stability for affected individuals. Ideal candidates have a Master's degree in counselling or psychology, extensive clinical experience, and are committed to offering crucial support in varied environments. Flexible scheduling and a focus on a supportive workplace culture are also offered.

Qualifications
- Minimum five years of post-master’s clinical experience.
- Active membership with a professional college or relevant governing board.
- Completion of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) training or equivalent.
Responsabilités
- Provide on-site critical incident intervention services.
- Conduct group debriefing and defusing support.
- Consult with the CI Supervisor and relevant stakeholders as needed.
