Qualifications

• Minimum five years of post-master’s clinical experience.
• Active membership with a professional college or relevant governing board.
• Completion of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site critical incident intervention services.
• Conduct group debriefing and defusing support.
• Consult with the CI Supervisor and relevant stakeholders as needed.
