A leading insurance brokerage in Alberta seeks a motivated Personal Insurance Account Manager to manage an established book of clients. The role involves cross-selling, upselling, and delivering exceptional service. Successful candidates will have a Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License, strong sales background, and excellent communication skills. This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong background in personal insurance sales and account management.
- Proven track record of achieving production goals.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Responsabilités
- Manage and service an established book of personal insurance clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and generate new business.
- Meet and exceed production and retention targets.
- Handle policy changes, renewals, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners.
