Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality visual and written content, including posts, reels, videos, infographics, and stories.
  • Manage daily posting schedules across multiple social media platforms.
  • Research current social media trends and integrate them into campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social media analytics to measure performance and suggest improvements.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and industry best practices.
  • Run social media advertising campaigns when required and track ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Ability to develop creative ideas and turn them into engaging content.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of SEO, hashtags, and engagement optimization techniques.
Experience
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, or viral content creation is an added advantage.
Working Hours
  • Flexible remote working schedule.
  • Expected to be available for 4–6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional weekend work may be required during special campaigns or launches.
