A local service provider in Victoria is seeking a Front Desk Representative to perform receptionist duties, manage reservations, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative . The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, answering and directing phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and effectively communicating with clients and team members. The role requires maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and courteously.
