Résumé du poste
A senior living care provider in Brantford is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents. This role includes overseeing nursing and personal care, supervising staff, and fostering positive relationships with residents and their families. Ideal candidates should be registered with the Ontario College of Nurses and may have experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

- Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, and/or senior health industry is an asset.
- Ability to identify risk and foster a positive work environment.
Responsabilités
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy and physician’s orders.
- Ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for residents.
- Oversee resident care and communicate regularly with residents and families.
- Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit.
- Conduct admission and ongoing assessments of residents.
